ATAP Solar Program Policy

The ATAP Solar program is open to Malaysian residential and commercial property owners (or those with the owner's written consent) whose premises and roof structure are suitable for a solar PV installation, as confirmed during the free site assessment.

All system sizing, savings and ROI figures are estimates based on the site assessment and your historical TNB consumption. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation before any works begin.

Astern manages TNB, NEM/SELCO and SEDA applications on your behalf. Program participation is subject to the relevant authority approvals; timelines depend on third-party processing and are not guaranteed by Astern.

Installation is carried out by Astern's certified crews. Equipment carries the manufacturer's product and performance warranties; workmanship is warranted by Astern as stated in your agreement. Warranty is void if third parties modify the system without authorisation.

Payment terms, deposits and any financing/instalment options are set out in your quotation and agreement. Promotional rebates or pricing apply only for the stated promo period and are subject to change.

Customers receive ongoing monitoring and 24/7 hotline support. After-sales response is provided by our in-house engineering team; we follow up until the reported issue is resolved.
